Vancouver Comedian – Dan Quinn
It was my first full day in Vancouver and what better way to spend it with talented Vancouver based Comedian, Dan Quinn. We were going for more of an urban, night shoot. We wandered about the different storefronts on Granville Street, Davie Street, and of course the beach. More so, this was a great opportunity to get to know Dan. Dan is a very cool, down to earth kinda guy. You will find more of Dan Quinn in his upcoming Snowed in Tour across BC which will include snowboarding by day, comedy by night. In addition, Dan competed against some of the best Stand Up Comics at Montreal’s Just For Last Comedy festival where Dan secured first place. Dan has his own one hour show that featured on CTV and the Comedy Network. In addition, Dan is pursuing his acting career. Dan is now on tour, on his way out East to Ontario.
I think these photos will edge up Dan’s portfolio. I absolutely loved this shoot. To me, the shots are reminiscent of Saturday Night Live’s urban vibe, a good match to Dan’s comic style.
